By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
## 1. Platform role
LikeMedici is a marketplace connecting customers with independent artists.
We do not create, sell, or ship artwork ourselves.
## 2. User accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
## 3. Artists (Vendors)
Artists on LikeMedici:
* Are independent and not employees of LikeMedici
* Are responsible for their listings, pricing, and communication
* Are responsible for fulfilling commissions and shipping artwork
## 4. Commissions
Customers may request custom artwork from artists.
All details (price, timeline, scope) are agreed between customer and artist.
## 5. Payments
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. PayPal).
LikeMedici is not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes handled by payment providers.
## 6. Shipping
Artists are solely responsible for packaging and shipping their work.
LikeMedici is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
## 7. Cancellations and refunds
Refund and cancellation terms are determined by the individual artist unless otherwise stated.
Users should review each artist’s policy before placing an order.
## 8. User conduct
You agree not to:
* Use the platform for unlawful purposes
* Harass or abuse other users
* Upload inappropriate or infringing content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
## 9. Intellectual property
Artists retain rights to their work unless otherwise agreed.
Customers may not reproduce or resell artwork without permission.
## 10. Limitation of liability
LikeMedici provides the platform “as is”.
We are not liable for:
* Disputes between users
* Quality of artwork
* Delivery issues
* Losses arising from use of the platform
## 11. Changes to the service
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
## 12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
## 13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria.
